Upon inspection, I found the duct board had separated from the filter rack. I sealed the connection and recommended the customer get a filter rack with a door so this issue does not happen again. Customer agrees and we will come back out to install a filter rack for the customer. System is operational upon departure.

I replaced the blower motor and capacitor, as well as the condensate trap. I secured the condensate trap and cycled the system to ensure functionality. System is operational upon departure.

Upon arrival, I found I was unable to replace the blower motor due to the condensate trap being glued in place and was in the way. I informed the customer we would have to uninstall the condensate trap and install a new one along with the new blower motor. Customer understands. System is not operational upon departure.
